Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the error was made by the customer in selecting the wrong item or address.
  • To avoid issues, please carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing charts before purchasing.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided after contacting us via email.
    Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@nivorla.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once authorized, you’ll be provided with instructions and the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label through their preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Include your order number in your email for faster assistance.
  • If your tracking information shows "delivered," but you haven’t received the package, verify the details with the carrier listed on the tracking page before contacting us.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions on where and how to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Note:

  • Refunds are only issued for items received in a damaged condition.
  • We cannot issue refunds for items damaged after use or for customer dissatisfaction unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • To avoid issues, please carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing charts before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (following the process above) and place a separate order for the replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Undelivered Packages
If the tracking information shows your order as "delivered" but you did not receive it, and your address is correct:

  1. Contact the carrier listed on the tracking page.
  2. Inform us after speaking with the carrier, so we can assist further.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Chargebacks
To resolve any issues promptly, we encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. This ensures we can address concerns fairly and efficiently.
